Among Akero Bots

Among Akero Bots is an intense 2D Sci-Fi themed platformer where you play as Akero Bot on a mission to collect red magical gems while navigating through dangerous levels. In each level, you'll encounter enemy bots, flying robots, their bullets, rotating lasers, and spikes, all while trying to reach the Exit door to progress to the next stage. With 8 challenging levels, the difficulty ramps up as you go, requiring quick reflexes and precise platforming to survive. Your primary objective is to collect all the red magical gems in each level, avoid the deadly obstacles, and make your way to the Exit.

Gameplay Instructions

• Movement: Use the WASD or Arrow keys to move Akero Bot left, right, up, and down through each level.
• Jumping: Press W or the Up Arrow key to make Akero Bot jump. You’ll need to jump to avoid obstacles and reach higher platforms.
• Double Jump: Press W or the Up Arrow key twice to perform a double jump. This is essential for reaching higher platforms or avoiding airborne enemies and hazards.
• Avoiding Hazards:
  • Enemy Bots: These bots patrol areas and will attack on contact. Be strategic in your movements to avoid them.
  • Flying Robots & Bullets: Flying robots shoot bullets at you, so watch for their patterns and time your jumps to avoid being hit.
  • Rotating Lasers: These lasers rotate in fixed areas. Time your movements carefully to avoid getting caught in their beams.
  • Spikes: Deadly spikes are scattered across levels and can end your run if you step on them. Watch your step!
• Collecting Red Magical Gems: Collect all the red magical gems in each level. These gems are often placed in difficult-to-reach spots, requiring precise movement and jumps.
• Objective: Collect all red magical gems and reach the Exit door to progress to the next level.
• Levels and Difficulty: The game features 8 progressively harder levels. As you advance, you’ll encounter more enemies, traps, and complex environments to navigate.
